Fabian TALMACEL, SWAC’s founding president, embodies leadership and ensures effective coordination between our valued customers, our administrative team and our field staff. Thanks to his strategic vision, he has put together a competent and reliable team to guarantee optimal control and follow-up of our worksites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Four site managers, with three generations’ experience in the construction industry, have been involved with our company since its inception. They supervise the work, manage a team of over 35 workers and ensure rigorous technical supervision. To back up their expertise, we also have a dedicated works engineer and full office management. As a result, our customers have a direct point of contact with these professionals, and can obtain precise technical information on the progress of their project at any time, making our company highly responsive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our teams are made up of skilled workers, using state-of-the-art equipment. They have also been employed on permanent contracts for many years, testifying to their loyalty to SWAC & CONSTRUCTION. Our services are covered by a Civil Liability & Ten-Year Liability insurance contract.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with the Spinetta law of 1978, SWAC et Construction is covered by a ten-year insurance contract.
DECENNAL RC covers the liability of the builder for a period of 10 years after the final acceptance of the works. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have held the QUALIBAT standard for External Thermal Insulation<\/strong> since 2016. Certificate No. E142937<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This qualification is a way for our company to highlight the level of competence and our involvement regarding energy performance, technicality or regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
