In 2023 we continue to invest and focus on our customer’s satisfaction

The year 2023 began on a positive note, building on the momentum we had in 2022. We acquired a new fleet of vehicles for each of our employees, enhancing their safety as they travel the magnificent roads of the Côte d’Azur.

Exciting new projects are already underway. One of them is a sumptuous villa in Bandol, which you can see in our “construction in progress” section. With its infinity pool offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, and its restanque visible through a large bay window from a spacious 110m2 living room, this villa on the heights of Bandol promises breathtaking panoramic views.

We’ve also started work on another project in Cassis, involving earthworks on a terraced hillside to create a garden and swimming pool.

We’re delighted that our years of experience and commitment to quality are recognized on the Côte d’Azur. We are extremely grateful to the many customers who place their trust in us, and whose satisfaction is our greatest reward. Thank you all for your continued support, and we look forward to sharing our future achievements with you.

A partnership with the “ Lumière des enfants” association

Fabian TALMACEL, Managing Director of SWAC & Construction, is a proud regular financial partner of the “Lumière des Enfants” charity. He has gone beyond his financial support by using his professional expertise to actively contribute to one of the association’s projects.

Mr. TALMACEL personally designed the plans for the “Case de santé” located in Djimandé, Casamance, Senegal. His commitment didn’t stop with the design, as he also participated in the development of the construction work, which was completed in 2016.

This project is a perfect example of Mr. TALMACEL and SWAC & Construction’s commitment to improving the living conditions of communities in need, using their construction expertise to make a positive impact.
